Continuing on my “bread mission”, decided to introduce you my version of Indian flatbread Naan.My family’s absolute favorite. Kids eat that flatbread without anything, as if it’s some kind of snack that’s impossible to get distracted from. Naan has a really unique taste , well, not every bread contains yogurt in its consistency. One simple ingredient makes completely different tasting and textured flatbread.The best part it’s so simple and easy to make, I bake it on a hot nonstick skillet instead of baking in the oven, in general any flatbread turns out softer and fluffier if baked on top of the oven.
